Ragging Free Campus
IED Hotel Management is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and ragging-free campus environment for all students. The institute follows a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging and strictly adheres to anti-ragging guidelines issued by the Government and concerned educational authorities.
Ragging in any form — physical, verbal, psychological, emotional, online, or indirect harassment — is strictly prohibited within the campus, hostel premises, transport facilities, and any institute-related activities.
The institute encourages a healthy academic atmosphere where senior and junior students interact respectfully, professionally, and in a supportive manner. Every student has the right to study in a safe and dignified environment without fear, discrimination, or harassment.
Any student found involved in ragging activities will face strict disciplinary action, which may include suspension, expulsion, cancellation of admission, hostel removal, and legal action as per institutional and government norms. Students are advised not to indulge in any form of ragging, and violations may also lead to police action.
